Horrible.. an oil change tire balance rotation took all day. Even with appointment. Car wash is awful too. They put water in windshield reservoir and it turns into ice in Flagstaff Az. I keep telling them not to.

Went in for an oil change for 14.99. They did do the oil change but advised me that I needed a new sealer for an oil plug under my car. They ordered it, and would have the plug the next day, I had to go back the following day, for them to install it. Well, I went back the next day, they charged me for the new plug and for another oil change. You think that they would have known that I would need oil again when they changed the plug. Every time I go there which is every 3 month! They find new issues which I find that hard to believe. 3 months ago, they should of made me aware of those issues ... I take care of my vehicles. Instead of pictures which can be another person's car they should bring you out and show you. I submitted a survey after my car was serviced but never heard back from Midway. I used to go to Peoria Nissan where I could see my car being worked on thru a window. I may head back there or take my car elsewhere. You really don't save money ... read more

Went there and they added another 2k to the carfax price then tax and registration. They said they added items to the car that the carfax already showed it had. Poor business and not trustworthy

Tpms they broke.. didn't refill window washing fluid. Service person was horrible. I had to debate with him for a tire rotation.
Went in for a battery replacement that I was told would be covered since I bought the car a few weeks ago but was then told it wouldn't be covered, and received a jacked up bill. My car was there, not running and I was stuck so they took advantage of the situation. Poor customer service and shady ethics.
techs are not knowledgeable enough to determine the root cause of the issue. no call backs from the service department. poor customer service and communication.
I will never go back to Midway they don't rotate the tires or do alinements. Also I left my car with them one weekend when I got it back my leather sit on the drivers side was rip. During that time my engine felted like it was dragging when I complaint about it when they give me back the car of of a sudden it was running normal again. I had to get a part replace on my passenger side they replace all wheels with the same part. It's been a nightmare to say the least. I was given no keys and no key fobs. It cost me $330 just to get keys and fobs so I could actually lock my truck and it just cost me $1000 for brakes and rotors. All the rotors were warped to me, had hit in the rear hit in the front, but I could not see it till afterwards and they charge me $3800 on a $9800 loan just for interest I would not ever buy another vehicle from these guys again
