I did my oil change and after some time when I checked I see brake reservoir fluid tank cap and strainer is missing zService people did not theyll me this when they inspect and when I went back there and asked about it they said it was missing and we forget to update it you .They asked me about air filter but not this .I think its misplaced my service guys only .

I was not Midway Nissan on this date. No services were performed on my vehicle. The last time this vehicle was at Midway Nissan was the date I bought the vehicle on 8/1/20
Took what I thought was a long time for an oil change with an appointment (1.5 hours). My windshield was wiped on the outside with a dirty rag. I had to clean my windshield after the service.

We do take extra steps to advise customers to plan for 90 minutes for an oil change if you choose to get the exterior wash. Without the wash it shortens the time a great deal. Nothing was done with the problem it has and its been still having problems and I have it on video

Zaktek paint protection program does not work; there is obvious and excessive paint fading/damage to the roof and hood.

Hit me with a hidden shop fee I wasn't made aware of. Had to argue uncomfortably to take it off the bill. Engine light still on after my sensor change. Seems like service at this place is on a downhill.
The actual sales woman we worked with was VERY nice. But the whole ordeal was a long dragged out process that included us actually walking out and driving away after 4-5 hours of being told one thing by one person and another thing by another. All in all, we had contact with 6 people and wasted about 6 hours.
