Todd, the service manager, went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the service MINI provided. He was empathic in hearing what I needed in regards to servicing my vehicle and even personally drove to my place of employment to install a cupholder!

I would definitely go back to this dealer again. Bill Harada kept in constant contact with me when I contacted the dealership about the Mini I was interested in. He knew it was a 3 hour drive for us and wanted to make sure we got the car we wanted when we came out. We were helped by Karen when we arrived and she was all sorts of lovely to us. I am a first time customer that came in to have the heat shield for the turbo replaced on my 09 Mini, and the service was beyond expectation, if I could of I would of scored Mini of St.Louis a 10. I was greeted immediately upon entering the dealership showroom and introduced to my sales rep., Mark, promptly. Mark was great to work with during the whole purchase process. He answered all my questions and overall made it a pleasant process. He also followed up with a phone call to me on the second day after my purchase.
