"I have been a loyal customer for 7 years now" I "inherited" my Cooper S from my daughter-in-law, who became pregnant almost as soon as she bought the car, and immediately needed one with back doors, minimum. My experience with the service department, and Yoni Baron in particular, has always been exemplary. He is unfailingly attentive, knowledgeable, and understanding. I trust his advice completely. He's the BEST! I adore my little car, and with Yoni's help, hope to keep it on the road for a long time.

"Excellent Service, Excellent Customer Service " I recently took my car to Mini of Baltimore to have my brake pads changed (the light was on in my car). I live about an hour away so it is always somewhat of a hassle to have to get down there for an "emergency" type of service.
