"Superior Diagnosis and Repair " After purchasing a used Mini at Carmax we learned that several quite expensive repairs were required, as diagnosed by the mini dealer, not Carmax. Allen Rolocut, our Service rep at Mini of Towson was a strong advocate for us in securing agreement from the extended warranty company to have over $4000 in necessary repairs covered (front suspension and timing belt among others). Whew! What a relief. The car drives like new. I could not imagine a better service experience

"Electrical problem diagnosed and fixed!" My electrical system was having seizures after hitting a road hazard. Allen and his team diagnosed it and fixed it, getting me back on the road same day. Best part... the bill was not much more than an oil change service! Thanks, team!
