"Consistently Outstanding MINI Service" Yoni Baron at Mini of Baltimore is a friendly, knowledgeable and thorough service rep who is great to work with. "Great service on a wonderful car!" Yoni Baron is fantastic! He always gets my car in promptly and is so friendly and happy all the time. I tried to go to another Mini dealer and I couldn't get an appointment for like a month. I have never had that issue here and the waiting are is comfortable. .

"Professional customer service" Allen provided excellent customer service on the recent repair of my Mini Cooper Coupe. The car developed an interior water leak that required filing a claim with my insurance. Allen worked with my insurance adjuster to get everything repaired and get the car back on the road. He made a complex repair relatively stress free.

"Great customer service " Have been using mini of Baltimore since 2012 when we relocated from NJ and required service for our countryman. Met Yoni Baron and continue to use his services since. He has been great to work with - scheduling and keeping appointments, thorough maintenance checks of the car - a very efficient operation. Was very helpful when we decided to replace our country man with a new mini clubman.
