"Even on Saturday" My Mini started giving me trouble, which was concerning, considering I was traveling. I was convinced I had picked up "bad gasoline" on my fill up in New York. I called Allen Rolocut on a Saturday, in hopes of getting help right away. I really did not expect to be taken care of until Monday but he saw to it that I was fit in to the schedule and had me back on the road in no time. Many thanks to the service crew as well. Love my Mini!

"Scheduled service" checked in at 8:45 AM. sat down in the waiting area to do some work from my lap top. Before I could finish, Mr. Baron said my car is ready. Picked up my key, went outside to find a CLEAN serviced car and drove off. If only all service departments ran this smooth! Thank you Yoni and MINI of Towson!

"Quick Repair for Pot Hole Flat Tire!" I was out and my car ran into a pot hole! I then had a flat tire! Mini repaired my tire quickly for me to be on my way! Yoni and Allen were very friendly and helpful! They even helped me with my frozen groceries I had in my car! I had purchased the tire and wheel protection package when I purchased my mini from them. I highly recommend this protection. It only cost me $50 for repair. It would have been $300! Thanks again!

"Exceptional service" This in my 2nd Mini and Allen Rolocut has been the service manager through both of them - about 15 years. I get lots of compements on my car. I tell everyone that while I love my car, what I appreciate most is the way I am treated as a woman by Allen and the staff. I have had enough bad experiences in car service areas where the I was treated like I could not possibly know what I was talking about even when I was the primary driver. "Always Good To See A Familiar Face" I have had my Minis serviced here for over 8 years now. It is reassuring to see the same faces each time I visit. Yoni is a great service adviser and I know I am in good hands whenever I reach out. He knows me, he knows my vehicle history, and he knows what he is doing. "Greeted with smiled...and coffee" Dropping your car off for service in the morning is never fun, especially when you are NOT a morning person; however, Yoni's smiling face is always there to greet me when I drop off my car and add a bright start to my day. Service is always quick and efficient. I can not say enough good things about Yoni and the Mini team.

"Service Manager Yoni Baron is the best..." I go about 30 miles out of my way to have my Mini serviced at this location. I can trust them, first of all... and they are respectful of my time! Sales associate Jeff took great care of me 3 years ago and I don't hesitate to refer my friends to him.

"Work was done right and on time." In addition to routine service, my Mini needed a new clutch, rotors and pads on all four wheels. Allen found a number of applicable discounts which helped reduce the overall cost of the service. The techs got the work done quickly and correctly. I've been very pleased with the results.
