"Always a great experience." It is always a pleasant experience when I take my car into Mini of Baltimore County for service. Yoni is an excellent service advisor and always takes care of my car's maintenance needs.

"My vehicle issues were quickly taken care of. " In the period between the undetermined vehicle issues and eventual resolution, Jonathan Baron (MOB Service Dept. Advisor) provided reassuring assistance and assurance on possible corrective steps. I was very pleasantly greeted and made to feel like a valued customer. I haven’t had to visit Mini in a while, but it was nice to be remembered. My vehicle issues were quickly taken care of.

"Great service from mini of Baltimore " Always fantastic service, Allen Rolocut is always helpful and keeps me informed. The detailing was great as well as the loaner car. I am considering a BMW for my next car if there is one with a small wheele base.

"always available and reliable" i’ve brought in my 2012 mini to be serviced multiple times for various reasons and jonathon baron has always been fantastic. whether it was for light bulb replacement, new tires, or oil change mini has been very accommodating.

"A completely satisfied customer six years running" I purchased my 2013 MINI new from MINI of Baltimore County.
