"Great Service Experience Again " I’ve owned 4 Minis, all of them serviced at Mini of Baltimore County. The service team has remained very stable over the past decade. That’s the sign of a superior organization. I have dealt with Allen Rolocut and Yoni Baron for as long as I can remember. These guys know their stuff, are happy to help, and always greet me by name. "I like Mini of Baltimore" I've had my Mini Cooper for 6 years, and had all of its service done at Mini of Baltimore. My Service Advisor, Jonathan Baron, is great. I always feel like I know exactly what is going on with repairs and maintenance. At times, when recommended repairs have cost more than I could afford, he helped me prioritize which repairs had to be done, and which ones could wait. I feel like I can trust him, and he takes good care of me and my Mini.

"Great Customer Service - Allen Rolocut" My car had trouble starting on a recent Saturday afternoon at 3:00. I called Allen and he advised me to bring it in. He advised that he would get me a loaner car if the required repairs could not be handled in the remaining couple of hours. "Engine light & few odd things..." Engine light came on - contacted Allen who replied bring your car in, and we will take care of it. Allen and Jeff, mechanic not only took care of the enginer service but also took care of rear brakes that were down to the metal. Being a 10 year devoted customer to Mini I always feel I'm in good hands with the Service Dept. I can sleep better knowing that both Allen, and Jeff have made sure my car has been serviced well but the work that they do will last a long time. It's a scary world out ... read more

"Alan is the absolute best!!!" I recently brought my car in after a service light came on. I didn't have an appointment and Alan Rolocut was very kind, took my car, put me in a loaner and it was fixed within 24 hours. Alan always explains exactly what is going on. He is extremely knowledgeable and I always feel like my 2011 mini is is in good hands.

"Recent Service at Mini of Baltimore County" Had to bring my hardtop in for a flat tire and 30,000 mile service. Showed up first thing without an appointment and Allen took great care of me and gave me a loaner. They needed to keep the car for an extra day and Allen’s comments nication with me was on point. I have been very pleased with all of my service experiences in Towson. Keep up the great service guys!
