"Out of State Traveller" I come to MINI of Baltimore from out-of-state (NJ) now to have Yoni (and Allen) be my lead Svs Advisor(s). They are professionals with tons of integrity, and I trust them and the dealership svs team implicitly to work on my car. In over 8 yrs of having my 4 MINIs serviced there, I've never had an issue and I'm always please with the work. Thank you Yoni for being the best!

"Servicing my Mini" I recently had my Mini serviced at the Mini of Baltimore County in Towson. Jonathan Baron (Yoni) is my contact "go to" whenever I need assistance. Yoni continually goes out of his way to assist me getting in and out quickly. He's a rare find in this business ... absolute best there is!!!

"Great experience every time!" Yoni Baron has been taking care of my Mini for 6 years now. He keeps me informed of what my car needs and helps me figure out the best value. I usually wait for my car and the waiting area is clean and quiet. The snacks and drinks are plentiful and good.

He explained, in a way that I could understand, what needed to be done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. I felt comfortable knowing that my car was in knowledgeable, capable hands. "Scheduled Maintenance" I called Mini of Baltimore County and inquired if they could service my 2015 Mini even if I did not buy it from their dealership. Allen informed me that I could take my Mini at any dealership. To make long story short, Allen scheduled my service maintenance on 2/09/2019. Upon my arrival, Allen asked for my keys and to my amazement, he got all the information needed and informed me what service needs to be done and what needs to be checked for this particular visit. "Great service center" I have been getting service at Mini of Baltimore County since the last three years when I got my Mini. I have always received good service and welcoming attention from Allen and the store's personal. Allen is really professional.
