"Customer Service above and beyond!" This was my first visit to MINI of Baltimore, it won't be my last. Allen Rolocut, Assistant Service Manager, was the just the definition of professional and helpful. Allen was key in helping me understand what my options were, and kept me up to date as the service work took place.

"Yoni is first class" I always know I am in good hands with Yoni. Ever since I brought my first Mini in for service 6 years ago, I look forward to working with no one else. He is consistently friendly, professional, and prompt. He goes over everything with me yet never makes me feel rushed when I have questions. He is approachable and encourages me to ask any questions I have. He provided transportation options for me to get to and from work while they had my car. First class all the way!

"Outstanding service!" Yoni always gets what my MINI needs and what I need when I ask him maintenance. When I get there, he do paperwork so quickly and gets me loaner car. So I just need to stay there less than 10 mins. This isn't one time experience. He did this every time. Every time, he gives me outstanding service. He is highly skilled service advisor!
