"Service Repair" I highly recommend Mini of Baltimore County. I have a 2011 Countryman and when it needs service all I have to do is call Allen Rolocut and he listens as to what is going on with car, very accommodating and always explains what needs to be done and always answers any questions I have. Over the years he has been the best!!!

"MINI of Towson" I purchased my MINI there in 2012. My service manager there has always been Allen Rolocut, and he’s always been outstanding. He’s very knowledgeable and very good about explaining the various services my car’s needed over these years. He’s also very up front about cost, and what needs to be done soon and what might be delayed a bit. I feel very comfortable dealing with Allen.

"Advisor" Allen is a very knowledgeable and courteous advisor. He is very articulate in the way that he explains repairs/service. I always feel very comfortable knowing that my car is in good hands after a discussion with Allen. He is also very prompt and available when returning messages. "Best service department" I love the car, but i love the service department more particularly Jonathan Baron! Best service department of any car i have owned - honda, subaru, volkswagen, volvo and mercedes. Great, friendly and honest service every time.

"Yoni is why I bought my second Mini!" I bought my first mini many years ago. Yoni became my service contact. He knew that I had to have a car to get back and forth to work and, when he knew my car would be in the shop for an extended time, he worked hard to secure me a loaner.
