"Best service in town" I have been a Mini owner since 2009, now on my second one. I have worked with Yoni (Jonathan Baron) in the service department since the beginning and couldn't be happier. He is responsive to emails and always answers my ridiculous questions that come up. He had my back in 2015 when I had a major problem with the engine on my last Mini and was able to greatly help in reducing my repair costs. "Mini of Baltimore" Mini of Baltimore gets 5 stars in my book because the service can’t be beat. Jonathan Baron and the service team are always accommodating to my schedule and get my Clubman in tip top shape! I have been going to Mini of Baltimore for almost 10 years with my 2016 Clubman and my 2009 Mini and am always satisfied with how personable Joni is as well as knowledgeable!

"Wonderful experience today with Yoni Baron " I have been having my 2007 Mini CooperS serviced at Mini of Baltimore since relocating here nine years ago. Over the years I have worked with each of the service reps. They are knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I have always had an extremely positive experience. "Great Service Department" Jonathan and his team were accommodating to my needs by providing a loaner vehicle and helpful by providing a digital invoice to review prior to discussing needed repairs and authorizing work. Overall, fixing the unknown coolant leak for my Mini Cooper was super easy.
