"Excellent Customer Service And work" Thank you to Alan Rolocut and the service technicians at Mini of Baltimore. The quality of work (to include the time needed) is always spot on. Everything was great from scheduling the work, getting the loaner, keeping me updated, to picking up my favorite car of all time. "Yoni Baron The KING OF SERVICE" Every time I bring my Mini to be washed or serviced I'm always met with that great Yonii smile I have confidence my Mini is in good hands Ive had many BMWs and Mini s but never had a service person make me feel like he cares I would buy another Mini from Mini of Baltimore mainly because of the quality product and the quality of the sevice provided by Yoni

"Another great service" As always, my service experience at Mini of Baltimore was excellent. Jonathan Baron always handles service for both my Mini’s, Yoni is always professional yet personal as you can get. The entire service team is great. I bought my second Mini the Paceman here, and been taking my vehicles here ever since I moved to Maryland in 2014 and will not go anywhere else.

"Top Servuce" I bought my Mini at Mini of Baltimore because it had a larger inventory. Even though Annapolis is closer to me I always drive the extra miles to go back to Mini if Baltimore. This is mainly due to do with exceptional service I receive from Alan Rolocut. He is professional, friendly, and extremely informative. Being in customer service myself I can say he’s one of the best ever.

"Quick and Professional Service" I have been going to Yoni Baron and MINI of Baltimore County with my last 3 MINIs. The service is great! When I walk in I am greeted with a smile and MY NAME!!! (and not just a database quick name reveiw when I pull in, but questions about my family and job). I am always told up front what will be done and a time estimate that has always been very close, if not on the dot. "Very professional and super quick service" I always enjoy taking my car in for scheduled service at Mini Dealerships. MINI of Baltimore County is no exception. From the moment I parked the car, I was greeted professionally, the details of the service were explained and when we picked up the car, the continued professionalism remained. Then we traded it in on a 2018 Countryman. :) But the biggest factor in that was knowing we will continue to have excellent and professional service with our new MINI.
