He is a very caring advisor and treats me fairly, not suggesting any service not required on my Mini. The dealership has kept up my 2012 Mini in great running shape since I've had service done here. "super service and super friendly " I had an issue with my key fob not working. I brought the car in around 9 and was helped immediately. Jonathan Baron listened and was very thoughtful about the issue. It took a while to diagnosis the problem but Jonathan kept me informed and let me know the timing as things updated.
