"Experience with Joni to get my car functioning" Jonathan met me when I drove up. I was pleased to hear him reference my concern. He sat me down and discussed what would happen and then he showed me where to go and wait until my vehicle was ready for me. Great service. Yoni is the best to talk to and get the job done. "Fabulous customer service—Yoni rocks!" I can not say enough good things about Mini of Baltimore service. They Are efficient, clear and accommodating with my schedule. I never feel like I am being forced into a repair or service that I may or may not need. Yoni in particular provides excellent customer service.

"GREAT service!" Yoni is amazing! I do an incredible amount of driving and I'm a frequent customer. Each and every time I'm providing with excellent communication through the entire service of my mini. Yoni goes the extra step to ensure that my service experience is top notch and he provides it all with smile :)

"New Customer" I am a brand new MINI customer ( as in less than a week) who has had experience with all of Mini's neighbor's dealers over the past 20 years. I must say my experience with Yoni and the dealer in this short period of time has stood apart from the others. I had a unique request for my Mini that involved the service department truly go out of their way to make my car special. Not only were they accommodating but they met my request quickly and with integrity. I am so appreciative of Yoni and his team.

"Ynoi Barron" I have been a Mini customer for at least 10 years and part of the reason for my loyalty is my service writer , Yoni Barron. He is the best, he looks out for my interests, EXAMPLE: when i purchased a mini on time, he made me get "gap insurance" and when i subsequently had an accident and totaled the car, the gap policy saved me over $10,000. This is above and beyond changing the oil. If you have a MINI, Yoni should be in charge of you and your MINI. Peter Schweizer

"Best Customer Service in the Service Dept." MINI Baltimore County has the best customer service and all of the team members there are kind and knowledgeable— particularly Yoni Baron who always goes above beyond. I wouldn’t trust my MINI to anyone else..
