"Mini - Maximum" Yoni Barron provides exemplary service to our car. The dealership extends maximum effort to provide thorough, professional attention to our car. To be fair this work is not inexpensive. The joys of being a Mini driver, particularly in identifying it when squadrons of valet deliver identical SUVs to bewildered owners unable to distinguish their vehicles. Uniqueness comes with a price.

"Great service advisor " yoni is the best ... I so appreciate his knowledge and advice in servicing my mini and trust that he has my best interest at heart as we discuss options. When it came time to purchase a new car and considered other options I stuck with mini because of my comfort level with Yoni and the dealership... and oh yes, I love the countryman.

"Always a great experience" I've been taking my Clubman to MINI of Baltimore County's Service Center for 4 years (since I purchased the vehicle), and I've had the pleasure of dealing with Yoni Baron almost exclusively. "Excellent Service" Excellent service, as always quick turn-around, and great staff. Yoni Baron has been my service contact for 2 mini's now and is extremely knowledgeable and ever so accomadating. He insures all questions and concerns are addressed. I've never had as positive an experience with any other service department as I've had with Mini of Baltimore County. Like. Additionally all other staff is just as dedicated and professional.

"Setting the Standard Bar" Let me preface this, with saying, that my previous vehicle had an outstanding service department. "Allen Rolocut rocks as service advisor!" Allen kept me informed at every step - extended the loaner for extra days to accommodate my schedule - gave me the greatest value cost-wise - and in general, made my visit expeditious and hassle-free.
