"Service" Yoni was very pleasant and helpful when I took my car in for service. Although I went in for an oil change, my car had other plans. Yoni took the time to explain everything, say what was necessary and could wait (due to my finances), and was even willing to show me the problems found.

"Prompt, caring service" For 4 years and 2 Minis I have been bringing my cars to Mini of Baltimore for service. "Excellence in car care" Allen Rolocut is wonderful in every respect. He promised a great deal when my Mini was in very bad shape and came through with every promise to precisely what he had indicated. He even agreed to hold onto the car when I was unable to pick it up when it was ready, which, by the way, was exactly when he said it would be. A great outfit and Allen is superb!
