"Excellent Service!" I have always had an excellent experience at Mini of Baltimore, especially with Yoni Baron. He is always extremely responsive and is always willing to discuss any services my Mini requires and is so kind and professional. I always know my car is in good and capable hands when I work with him!
"Yoni Baron is the best!" Good customer service is rare these days, but Yoni always delivers excellent customer service every time I come in for service. He is responsive with communicating the status of my Mini and thorough in explaining what was done or services needed in the future. Jonathan always takes good care of me!
"Outstanding Service by Yoni, Again!" I've been a Mini owner for many years and continue to be impressed by the outstanding service from Yoni Baron. While this service appointment was a routine 60,000 mile service (oil, plugs, cabin filter), I asked Yoni to investigate an issue I had with the front bumper.
