"BUYER BEWARE" For over 9 yrs I have owned 3 new BMW vehicles from various dealerships and I have never experienced customer service, such as what I received from the BMW of Annap dealership. "The Worst BMW Dealership still around" Leased, serviced one 3 series and three 5 series from this terrible dealership because it was closest to my home. its shop rarely fixed everything that needed fixing; always told me no loaner available until. "Below poor level sales customer service" Made. Online inquiry about a vehicle and got a quick call back from staff. "Worst service center of any auto shop or dealership" STAY AWAY FROM BMW OF ANNAPOLIS. The service department has absolutely the worst customer service of any auto repair shop, let alone any BMW dealership. "Wasted Saturday afternoon" I called ahead to negotiate a price for a used vehicle. The pricing was agreed to so my family and I drove 45 miles to test drive the vehicle. We finished test driving the car, walk inside and the price was $1500 higher than the price agreed to on the phone. They said I spoke to their office in Dallas but they didn't have the authority to offer the price that was agreed to. "Sales can’t communicate" inconsiderate about other people’s time and thinks sales should just fall in their lap. I’ve bought multiple cars in my life and I don’t need you to do anything except fill out the paperwork and take my check. Save the sales gimmicks for someone less informed.
