"Poor Customer Service" I was greeted at the dealership by Ben Allen, and I informed him I wanted to test drive a pre-owned 550 that was listed on their website. As we sat at his desk to take my information I asked if a 535 would come with the same features (lane departure, blind spot etc.) as a 550 - Ben's response took approximately 35-mins explaining in numbing detail the nuances between a 535 and 550. The customer service team is lacking and certainly does not measure up to the competition. Sean, in the service department, is extremely condescending and sarcastic, often making flippant remarks showing his disdain for customers. This is unacceptable for a dealership where quality is expected and anticipated.

My initial call into the service center was excellent and I was able to get a "scheduled" drop off appointment. The scheduler I spoke to was friendly, informative and polite. I would give her 5 stars ! I dropped off my BMW at the scheduled time and my assigned service advisor was polite, however before my car was scene and diagnosed by a technician he was already telling me that it was likely the most expensive repair. The service advisor Alan MickinK was the worst. In all the years dealing with BWN. I? never experienced any thing like him. Walked in stood there for 15 min before I? was ever address by anyone. The two advisors was Jane king & Alan Mickinak.

Service advisors are very good. Don't allow others to wash my car. It pet peeve is when I forget to say,"please don't wash my car", they wash it as per SOP, but always leave unwashed spots that make me look like a slob thus forcing me to wash it whether I have time or not. Oh, more and better food drink in waiting room

Absolutely horrible greed - avoid unless you are OK with getting hustled financially. A guy going in by himself may be OK negotiating, but DO NOT take your wife/girlfriend/S.O. unless you are OK with them pulling the cliche "sell the woman and the man will follow" trick and are OK with getting price gouged. Clearly a dealer that focuses on profit margin per sale rather than volume of sales.

We had a great experience with our sale rep and the sales manager. Was not real fond of the finance person. He was a little dismissive to us once we didn't buy any service contracts. He was actually kind of rude. Other than him we had a good experience at Annapolis BMW.

I just wanted to state that I am not pleased with the service I have received from this dealer. My BMW has been in 2 times to get an issue with the brake lights fixed, both times all they've done is replaced the brake light, charged me for it, and then the issue comes right back on literally the second I leave. I have told them replacing the brake light bulb over and over like this is not going to fix the issue and that there is something else that needs to be done, and they continue to rip me off like this.

We worked with a sales associate who sits at the first desk to the right when you walk in the building. His business "technique" was quite immature. As he was young my wife and I overlooked this. However we were told the vehicle came with specific packages and amenities that were important to us. After we purchased the vehicle (we felt very rushed) he told us he was mistaken and the SUV did not have the specific packages we requested.
