We have absolutely no complaints. Test driving was up to us, any car we wanted was available even if the only difference was color. No one wasted our time with sales pitches, the financing was easy and reasonable and again - no time wasted on sales pitches for extras and neither were we rushed. It was a very satisfying experience. *Re: Were you left alone for more than 5 minutes... I answered yes, and for us that was a positive.
Making the journey to MINI OF ALLENTOWN from over 2 hours away was well worth the trip. I ordered an brand new MINI from the factory and the process was painless and easy with Lauren at the helm. Her pre and post responsiveness to my arrival/ordering/pickup has been impressive and comforting. It's nice to know she really does care about a new member of the MINI family!
