Everyone at this dealership treated me with incredible respect. As a woman shopping by herself for a car I have never been treated so well. No condescension - very informative - from the salesperson (Lauren) to the manager - to the financial services people. I was having trouble making up my mind and Lauren kept letting me test drive the various models - no pressure. I highly recommend this dealership! They got the car ready for me very quickly - it is a great car!

I chose Lauren to be our Motoring Advisor based off pleasant exchanges we had while I was in the dealership having our 2009 Clubman serviced. Hands down the best experience I've had through a dealership. Originally visited this dealership to see a used car I came across through cars.com. Unfortunately, the car was not on site at the time. However, Matt sat us down and we discussed multiple scenarios on different models that were available to be seen. After all was said and done, I left with a beautiful 2016 Cooper S. I couldn't be happier with the car & how friendly the employees were! Made the car buying process an enjoyable & exciting process!
We worked with Jolene and she was very informative and helpful with the purchase of our BMW. She provided us with all information requested and followed up day after purchase to see if we had any lingering questions about the car's operational systems and features. I highly recommend her and the dealership as a whole if you're in the market for a Mini or BMW.
I purchased a 2016 MINI hardtop 2 door. It's overall a very pleasant experience. Jolene is very friendly and nice. There's other dealers near where I live, but MINI of Allentown makes me willing to drive 1.5 hours just for their fantastic service!

After trying to get help with fixing the transmission a second time the dealership gave me a fair offer to trade in for a used mini with good warranty and upgrade my car.

It is all about feeling welcome and respected. Jolene was awesome. Her attention to detail and all the personal touches made me want to come back. Although I purchased from another dealership, I will come back to work with Jolene! Allentown has some thing special.
We are delighted to have purchased our second Mini from Mini of Allentown . We were greeted by Motoring Advisor, Lauren Leabman the day we walked into the dealership. She was a joy to deal with, very knowledgeable about the product, helped us to built our new Mini, answered all of our questions, and introduced us to the capabilities of our new MINI upon its arrival.
