I recently purchased a Certified Used 2013 Mini Cooper S. The car is doing great and has been an absolute pleasure to drive. I think I like (love) it even more after living with it on a daily basis. We first met Jolene on our initial visit to Allentown Mini a few months ago. We just picked up our new Mini Hardtop today. From the first day to today Jolene has been very knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Jolene made sure all our questions and inquiries were answered promptly and correctly. I had a problem with the XM radio package installed by the dealer. It was not what I requested. Sean in parts did a lot of research for me and I was grateful for keeping me in the loop. Last week, my new Mini arrived and I got to pick it up. This is my third Mini and Lauren has been there since the beginning. She makes a point of knowing you and helping you build the best car possible. She is knowledgable, patient and kind. Love working with this dealership. Bought my second Mini today and Lauren my personal mini enthusiast was amazing! She was super knowledgable, friendly and so unlike any typical car salesman. I've been to Mini of Allentown a few times now and have been blown away by the level of service I receive every time. I highly recommend visiting them and asking for Lauren and Ryan.

My husband and I have purchased over 40 cars in our 40 year marriage. Mini of Allentown, PA was absolutely hands down the best experience we have ever had. We drove approximately 9 1/2 hours to get the Mini I wanted. A sale could not be done with our local dealer Dreyer & Reinbold (and those of you from Indiana know what I'm talking about). Don't go to any other car dealer....Lauren makes the whole experience totally stress free...takes the time to explain different aspects of buying the MINI and doesn't mind going over it more than once! If every car salesperson was like Lauren the world would be a better place and car buying would be too....but why would you want a CAR when you can have a MINI!!! After the sale, service with Luis is just a breeze. The two L's at MINI of Allentown are by far the BEST around the Valley!
