Walking into MINI of Allentown you immediately feel at ease with the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We were greeted by Lauren who then proceeded to be both informative and very patient while we agonized over the multitude of options. We ended up custom ordering a MINI Clubman, but the range of cars on the lot was impressive and covered all options from base spec to loaded which certainly helped with the decisions. Having owned three Toyotas in a row, I came into MINI of Allentown looking for something different. I knew that I wanted something that was still good on mileage and after meeting Lauren there, she pointed me in the direction of the Cooper Hardtop. Over the next few visits, I refined my choices and we started building the final car online. After the hard part of waiting for it to be shipped from the UK, I picked it up and drove home with everything that I had asked for.
Recently enjoyed a very smooth process from start to finish regarding the lease of my '15 MINI Cooper S. Special thanks to Lauren for making it all possible, and for going above and beyond my initial expectations. Lauren always made sure to address our concerns, and was extra accommodating right up to the day we picked up my new MINI - even switching out the provided aerial for a more compact version! Had a very superb experience with my first MINI Countryman purchase 2 years ago with Matt Murphy , came back to trade in and upgrade my MINI, Matt , as usual was very helpful , accommodated all my questions and most of all very patient!
