This was my first time buying a Mini Cooper, which I always wanted one forever!!! I called up Mini of Allentown and I was so fortunate to get Lauren Leabman, not only did she make me feel so at ease, but directed me in the right direction..... Matt was very professional. My entire deal was done over the phone. This is my second Mini from this dealership and I have dealt with them for the past 5 years. Service has always been excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. I was in the car business in this area for 20 years. Just bought our first Mini from Eric and we are extremely pleased with our experience. He was very patient as we debated between buying used or new, and we never felt pressured into buying one over the other. He thoroughly explained all the options and differences. And when we did finally choose, he walked us through all the car features before we left the lot. We would highly recommend buying a car from Eric at Mini of Allentown.
I loved that they weren't at all pushy, if they had been I'd have walked out to go back and think it over. Instead we purchased right then and there. Jolene and Lauren were both knowledgable, helpful, and responsive. Everyone we worked with was friendly and made us feel confident in our purchase. Hope to be back in a few years!
From my personal dealings with the service department, I believe that Luis Rodriguez and Ryan Gavazzoni are doing a great job in the service department at Mini of Allentown. Everytime I need repairs to my mini they are there to help get the needed repairs done and get me back on the road as fast as they and my Technician (Ryan Wiegand) can. These guys are always friendly and respectful to me and my needs. Jolene is very helpful in explaining the auto terminologies in Mandarin. The car is a little pricy, but it is warrantied so I don't have to worry about future problems.
We stopped by to look at the new 2015 Mini Cooper Leases. While there we went through the lot looking at all the new and used Minis. Much to our surprise Lauren showed us a Certified 2015 Mini S only 3 months old with all the bells and whistles. A better deal for us with the added warranty and lower price . Lauren and Jolene made the whole purchase process easy. The hardest part was waiting for my custom order to ship. It was by far the lowest-pressure car buying experience that I've ever had and my 2016 JCW coupe is a blast to drive.
