During our loved one stay our family had a wonderful experience. We really appreciated how flexible the staff was with visitation hours. We also loved how the kitchen was set up, the residents could watch the chefs cook and that was something our brother always loved doing.

We chose Mustang Creek Estates because we had to make a quick decision quickly and they were close to our home and had availability at the time. It is a very nice facility. I do think that they could improve on their communication with the family members. Other than that, we think she is getting great care and we are satisfied with our decision. I would recommend to other looking.

One aid specifically was very good with our mother, she even helped us with hospice care. She would call us on a regular basis and she was just outstanding. Our loved one thought the food was good. The location, cleanliness of the community and how they handled memory care issues really stood out to us. The only thing we did not like is how it was presented in the sales that if you signed up through them with their doctor the doctor was available that day. This community has a very homey atmosphere, the staff was very engaging, and this was a great place for my father to spend his last days. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

The staff are kind and friendly. The community will return calls within the same day. The primary nurse that cares for my loved one, has called twice a week to check on my loved one, since they are in the hospital. The nurse has been able to give my loved one a hair cut, bread trim, and overall does all things a "mom" would do for their loved one.

We moved Dad to Texas from Kansas in July 2018 after Mom passed away. After looking at multiple senior living facilities, we found Mustang Creek Estates. A wonderful place with different homes Dad could move into as his needs changed. It was not an easy transition for him or ourselves, but the staff helped to make it the best possible and knowing he is ‘home’ again has made all the difference in the world. My mom got settled into Mustang Creek Estates in Sachse just 10 days before everything had to shut down due to Covid. Not ideal! However, we learned quickly just how reliable, thoughtful, and compassionate the staff were going to be. My mother just loves it at MCE Sachse. She feels at home. She also enjoys the socializing. She plays Rummikub at least once a day, and she never misses movie night. I will soon be able to visit her on the front porch once a week. We are looking forward to that! My grandmother has lived here for months and the staff is amazing. They really care about her and she feels safe. She loves the other residents too, they have definitely become family.
