All are a 5! This was the best place for my Mom ! This facility does the very best in every category to take the best care of my Mom. The Arabella hospice nurses and aides are amazing as well! Thank you so much for your help in finding this place for my Mom! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to others!

We like the set up at Mustang Creek. It is like a house and the director, [name removed] is amazing. Staff members are very friendly and genuinely care about the residents. They go out if they're way to see that the residence are well cared for. At least that is our perception of the memory care house. The food is cooked from scratch, in a kitchen just like you have at home. If you have a staff member that is not accustomed to cooking, meals are somewhat simple. Residents don't seem to mind

The staff is very friendly, caring, and compassionate. They try very hard to do all they can, and for the most part they do a great job. It's just that they need more people, just so that they can check on the patients more frequently than they're able to currently. Also, the food and activities could use a little bit more variety. But overall, I would definitely recommend looking into it for your family member.

Mustang Creek is a wonderful community. They have all of the accommodations they say they do. I would recommend that you stay on top of the care that your loved one needs, and make sure you state things to the staff to get these care types accomplished. The staff does take care of the requests; however, it can be slow for implementation of these requests. There are three meals a day served, and the community tries to accommodate specific meal requests to make sure the residents are eating. They have great choices and it smel... read more

I like Mustang Creek Estates Sachse a lot! There's always enough staff. Each one has their favorites and gives them a little more TLC. They're very nice and kind. There is always someone there to help, and they answer the call buttons and get there as quick as they can. It's a homey environment. It's a smaller community in a house, with only about 10 people, and I like that setup. And there's always two staff members there 24/7.

During our loved one stay our family had a wonderful experience. We really appreciated how flexible the staff was with visitation hours. We also loved how the kitchen was set up, the residents could watch the chefs cook and that was something our brother always loved doing.
