If I need to single out one person, it would be Dr. Tom. He was a great help to me when my Bichon (Mongo) had mouth cancer. Dr. Tom is very caring and his love for his profession is very obvious. We now have another Bichon (Mojo) and is receiving excellant care. I appreciate the emails when shots are due and the quickness when attending the office. I love the convenience of first come, first serve rather than needing to make an appointment. With how busy life can get this is a HUGE perk of going to NAH. I have been taking my animals there since 1999 and have only had a couple of vets that I didn't completely feel comfortable with. Over the last 18 years, and after trying several other area Veterinary Clinics, NAH has given superior care to our 3 dogs and one cat. Dr. Tom and staff are the best we have found. They have beautifully guided us through animal maintenance, injuries, illness, behavioral issues, and even though end of life care/euthanasia. They are knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Dr. Harris was WONDERFUL with my pittie and with me. I was hysterical and crying and he was able to calm me down. My pittie was very well taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Dr. Harris also gave me pointers to take blood out of my jeans which actually worked:)
Would not recommend going here for anything! I took my 8 week old puppy here for a first puppy appointment and I had suspicions he may have a parasite. They tested his feces twice and it took over 2 weeks to hear back from them when I was told 24-48 hours. When I did hear back they told me he was negative both times after I expressed my concerns that something was wrong. They told me to buy a gut biome food for adult dogs and gave me no instructions on how much to give him or if it was safe for a puppy to be on adult food. A... read more

Would not recommend them for anything serious. They totally fumbled diagnosis and treatment of my dog's mast cell tumor(s). Which lead to a stressful (and expensive) ER vet visit 3 days later which could have been avoided. Very glad we found a new vet immediately and I'm (happily) shocked by the difference in communication, information, and treatment plan by the new vet's office.

The front staff is terrible. I tried picking my cat up after they called and they made me wait three hours. I was literally the only person left, and the front staff ignored me multiple times when I went to the desk and then disappeared. I called them on the phone WHILE SITTING in their waiting room. The person who answered said my cat was ready and when was I picking them up? Never returning to this sh#T hole.

I have been taking my pets to Naperville animal Hospital for check ups and grooming for years.This is the first time we had problems in Grooming. I took my 3 dogs to get groomed by Gaby and after the visit they're not acting like themselves. We never had issues with the groomers but after this appointment I'm questioning if I want continue having my dogs get groomed here. I took my precious cat shortcake to get groomed and get nails clipped. They ask you to get there very early, which I did, but when they did not call me within 34 hours, I called them to find out what the delay was. All I was told was that they would call me when she was ready to be picked up. I got tired of waiting a few more hours so I went over there and they got her ready for me to leave with her.
