Abusive, Money hungry, uneducated vet clinic !!! Don't trust them with your dog they will mis-diagnose and ABUSE them when they take them in the back. They are very rough with the dogs and will yank them by the neck, their staff members will slam dogs down on the table and I've even gone as far as hearing someone hit an animal. Very frustrating. The staff is kind however they do not take appointments and thus have experienced wait times up to an hour and a half prior to even being put into a room for an exam. My family has paid monthly for wellness plans at NAH for both dogs but what good is it if we can not actually get our pets to be seen within a timely manner. It is hard to accommodate an unscheduled 3 hour time frame with 2 working parents and 3 children.

Today, I tried to visit Naperville Animal Hospital because I was concerned about my dog developing an ear infection. I arrived at the hospital at exactly 5:10 pm and was refused service. Note to potential customers they only accept walk ins. On their site had a red banner stating last check in is at 5:30 pm and I arrived at 5:10 pm with an excuse they were busy earlier in the day. This place ripped me off. We paid for exam for our dog. They didn't do anything by just take our money. The specialist that we went last week told us that they didn't do any exams on my dog. I'm very disappointed and upset with this place. I can't believe it! I have a 33 thousand followers Facebook page. And of course I'm gonna advise people about this place!
I will give them -10 rating if that's available. They are a curse for pets. Absolutely inconsiderate staff at the reception and they should be fired. They told me 10 mins wait on phone. After reaching there they told 30 mins. It was 2 hrs wait. Post that they made us wait for 45 mins with no communication. Our pet was shivering with anxiety. After complaining they said we are next in line. Again we had to wait for 30 mins. We had to walk out with no treatment. If you hate your pets pls visit Naperville hospital

Offer "call ahead" appt to ALL individuals. It was a 3.5hr vet appt. I have NEVER spent that much time at a vet and I've had pets my entire life. We found out as we were sitting there for over an hour we could have done call ahead. Went back to our original vet for more organization and better communication.

We've been taking our two dogs here for years now but recently the wait to see a vet has gotten out of control. Two hours to see a vet on a Friday morning is unacceptable and for some reason NAM won't take appointments. We're sad to leave but we'll be taking our dogs elsewhere.

This place is a joke. It is insanely crowded, completely unorganized and the front desk help is unprofessional. Aside from that, the care given is nothing special and they try to over charge you every chance they get. I will no longer be taking my pet here and have found a much better vet.

I wouldn't recommend coming here AT ALL. Very unprofessional staff and overpriced me as I went home with no answers to my pet's issues. If I could take it all back I would. Run from this place.
