Had an appointment 2/4/17 8am. My dog Sasha had a lump on her tummy. The staff was friendly and the Vets were nice. Clean facility. The price was 800 bucks for everything. Seemed kinda hi maybe because I dont make a lot of dough these days. I really like this place and I drive far to come here. Recommend it.
The only reason I am giving this hospital three stars is because the staff and doctors are super friendly and great!! They seem very knowledgeable in their work but definitely not with Shar Pei's. We have brought our puppy Raven here three times and the first two times were perfectly fine! But the third visit was to get her last round of puppy shots and we noticed one of her eyes were twitching like crazy. We brought it up to the vet, she open her eye, looked in it and said " it's probably dirt". They constantly remind us th... read more
We have Been to NAH 3 times. 2 of the times we saw Dr. Wibel. Let me tell you.. He walked in and GOT DOWN ON THE FLOOR with our dogs!! To ME this shows a person who LOVES animals and wants your pet to feel comfortable. He did the entire exam encluding explaining everything to me while sitting on the floor with my Lab. He pet her and hugged her. He is patient and listens to what you have to say. He takes time to explain things and seems understanding when you explain your concerns or issue's with him. Very friendly staff they did an amazing job helping us when our dog was hurt. They were fair and worked with us in cost and were so patient and informative. So pleased and will definitely use them for all needs in the future.

I brought my lab in as I felt she was not feeling well, Dr Tom,took care of my girl and I feel he is a dedicated vet and I always ask for him when I take one of my three dogs there. He recognized my dogs need for emergency surgery and took care of her promptly.he gave me updates as she recovered. Keep up the good work Dr Tom and staff- you are the best!!
I have been going to this clinic for years. My vet has just moved so I came here on Yelp to see the reviews of the other vets to pick a new one. I was horrified at the reviews I saw! I am angry at the reviews I saw because I have had animals my whole life and have found the vets at this clinic to be among the best! I saw most of the negative reviews were about the front desk. The staff here is amazing and so plesent. Quick to help and the vets are great. They answer all your questions and do not rush you out! I recently adopted a dog and he was very helpful.

Met with Dr. Skoglund yesterday and she was the best veterinarian I've dealt with in a long time. She was very kind and gentle towards my dog, got down on his level even though he could have fit on the table. She gave us some unfortunate news but we could tell she truly felt sorry for what she had to tell us. When we came back later that day to put our dog down one of the women at the front desk, Amanda, was amazing. Came here for the first time yesterday with my cat. Since it was my first time there, they did not charge me a fee for the exam or the stool test my cat needed. I walked in for an appointment at around 2:30 and was seen by the vet around 2:45. Kristen, the vet who helped her clearly loves animals and is very knowledgeable. She was gentle and empathetic with my cat and she was very helpful with the issue we were having.
