Since 2000, My wife and I have been bringing Bailey, our female soft coated wheaton terrier, to this great facility. We regard Naperville Animal Hospital as the premier veterinary care facility in the region and have always been treated with professionalism and caring hands for our dog, Bailey. Over the last 35 years I've taken various pets to NAH and have never, ever, had one complaint about them. My most recent pet is an 11 year old Chihuahua who was not properly socialized and so is pretty much scared of anything that's not part of his daily routine. The folks at NAH couldn't be nicer and more gentle with him. He goes in for his yearly checkup and regular grooming. The front desk staff is always helpful and courteous. I've been coming here for years and recently had a wonderful experience with their emergency service! My puppy fell off the couch and started limping:( I was met at the clinic by Dr.Prince and a worker named Katie. They treated my puppy with so much care and concern. She ended up with only a sprain thank goodness and is already doing ten times better! I will recommend this clinic to everyone I know

Naperville AH has provided my pets with loving care for over 20 years! The doctors and staff are truly there for your pets! The technicians are great . I have recommended Naperville AH to my family and friends, and will continue to do so. The Emergency service is outstanding, too.

I took my cat there yesterday at 5pm. It was our first visit. Amber was excellent, we were checked in and put in a room very quickly. Dr. Timmons answered all of our questions and was able to get my cat started on antibiotics right away. Dr. Timmons also recommended a few tests which were reasonably priced compared to other vets in the area. We will be using this vet for all of our pets needs!

Rating is for the medical care....not for the front desk staff. We are long-time clients of the Wheaton Animal Hospital but needed to use the Naperville Animal Hospital for an emergency visit. We loved Dr. Bachler and the tech that took care of our pup! They were kind, gentle and caring....and they helped us feel at ease. The front desk staff could use a refresher on customer service, however the fact that I felt comfortable with folks taking care of my dog and that she received such good care is most important.

I love this vet practice. I took my new puppy for his neutering today and I am VERY happy with everything. Drop off was easy and, as always, the staff was friendly and helpful (even at 7am on a Saturday!). A staff member called me at home to let me know that my puppy was doing well in surgery and to obtain permission to have two stubborn puppy teeth pulled. The vet who performed the surgery called after the procedures were complete to tell me that everything went well. She was very kind and answered all of my questions.... read more

I took my doggie there for a check up and a spa day. I was really happy with everything. The groomer did a fantastic job and Lucy never looked or smelled better! They are a little $$ but well worth it!!
