I recently went here with my dog that was vomiting and had diarrhea. The front desk was tolerable not overly friendly. It was busy but I was seen quickly. The tech came in first and was great. I saw Dr. Mirabella. She was very patient with my nervous dog. She got a great history and did a thorough exam. She was extremely knowledgable and compassionate. Place was reasonably priced for area. After 30 years of pets, we found this place 10+ years ago and would never take our dogs anywhere else. Vets and VT's always super warm and genuinely caring. And please disregard the reviews of front desk staff...I agree there are 1 or 2 who can be a little short recently...but some people are just unhappy. They are always good to my dogs though so I forgive them! Have never waited more than 15 min to see a vet and have also had GREAT experiences with emergency services, at reasonable prices. I love this place. I have always had great service. They treat your pet as their own. I know the office staff is hard working and fluent. Well oiled machines. I met the manager and she seems to be the blue that holds it together. She was so sweet and loving to my dog. She answered all of my questions. I would love to continue my patronage there as long as she is still around. Great going Gabby!!!!!!!

Very nice service and staff. They really seem to care. They only drawback is they are usually quite busy the several times I've been in there. But once you're with the Dr or groomer, you have their full attention. I highly recommend them!

I have taken my last 3 dogs to them over the years and they are very nice people to deal with. I especially like Dr Tom & Dr Prince. My dogs ate always having some issue ( I guess that's somewhat to be expected w pure bred dogs) and no matter what ( a few of my dogs have had major surgery there) they always have done a great job. Their front desk staff is always nice, they no my dogs names lol

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews! I've always had a great experience and this is the main Vet for my dog and cat. Everyone is very helpful and accommodating. I love that they take walk ins since I have a very busy schedule with work. I love this place and recommend them!

Have gone to this vet for a long time. I don't think they are perfect but they are knowledgeable and fair. They have all the services we have needed for our dogs over the years through emergencies, deaths and new puppies. I thank them for helping us through the tough times

I have been with Naperville Animal Hospital since 2002. I have 3 dogs and have used all their services. My dogs are groomed there every 5 weeks. Very caring vetinarians and staff. I recommend their insurance policies. It really saves you money and peace of mind that you may bring your animal as often as you need without the worry of the cost of office visits. They also offer boarding service. Your animals are familiar with staff and vets and you have peace of mind knowing that they are well taken care of.

I've been bringing my 11 year old cat, Gus, to NAH for the 2+ years that I've had him. I've had them groom him twice, they cleaned his teeth, and he's gotten all his checkups there. He's my first pet, and I am anxiety-prone, so I tend to have a lot of questions and need a lot of reassurance as I make decisions for him.
