I recently starting to using this vet clinic this year. I have used their vet services and their boarding. I was really please with the attention my dog and I were given, The doctor took his time with us and made sure I understood what needed to be done . I highly recommend using the doctors here.

I just recently had a great experience here with my dog. The doctors and staff were truly great. They explained everything to me (as I just became a new pet owner) clearly and allowed me to make decisions. They are definitely going to be my dog' s vet for years to come! Thank you guys!

Naperville Animal Hospital has been nothing but great to us. Appointments are easy to get. We can even just walk-in when needed. Dr. Tom Staudacher is always willing to explain everything to us in terms that we understand. The front desk staff can answer just about every question we have, are helpful, and personable when we've been there. The kennel staff must take good care of the dogs that are boarded because Rocket is always a happy and healthy puppy when he comes home. If you love your pets as much as we do this is where to bring your loved ones if something is ailing them. Friendly service and outstanding care by a great staff of Vets. Dr. Tom is #1 in my book. He & the other vets treat your pets like they are there own. Id post 6 *s if there were six.

Words can't express how pleased I am with Dr Sterner and his support staff at Naperville Animal Hospital. Our dog Dino, was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease called IMHA a few weeks ago. He had to be hospitalized for a few days and has since come home on a lot of medication. Dr Sterner has been dedicated to his complete recovery and is doing everything in his power to give him the best treatment possible, including but not limited to reaching out to experts in the field for suggestions on the best treatment plan. Dr. Prince is just wonderful. My little Bichon, Snowball, was feeling sick in the early morning hours on New Years Day. Since she's an older dog, and she was retching, I thought it may have been bloat. So, I called the emergency contact line at around 3 or 4 in the morning, and Dr. Prince saw Snowball within 30 minutes. It wasn't bloat, thankfully, but I continued to be amazed at the quality and compassion of care these guys give so early in the morning. After reading the other reviewers comments I can't believe they are talking about the same place. I have brought my animals here for the last 8 1/2 years and have always been treated with courtesy and when I had to have several kitties euthanized over the years they were handled with dignity and respect. I know someone who used their doggie day care regularly when their pet was living and had nothing but good things to say.

All the vets are very knowledgeable and warm. They seem to care about your pets. Slightly pricy but they do a great job. Also, the only place I'll groom my cats!
