Their scheduling procedure was horrible. They give a 1-week window with no way of knowing when they are coming. Then no show for the week. No show for the following week even though I called. When I called to cancel (after the second week) it was a hard sell to keep my business. All in all, not a good experience. I ended up hiring another company.

I made a mistake hiring Ned Stevens because their pricing was high compared to other companies. They also left the debris they had removed in plastic bags in my driveway. I ended up having to take the bags to the dump.

I was told 1-3 days and it took 10 days for someone to come out. When they arrived they just started putting up the ladder, did not let me know they were there. Of the 2 services I asked to have done only one was completed. The clean up was only about 50% done and the windows now need to be cleaned. They do not haul the debris and they just put a tag on the door and leave. No communication. Never showed up after calling for a second appointment, and ensured a visit. Tried to solve a simple issue but never received a call back to know why either appointment didn?t happen.

Contacted to do the work within a week. Showed up within two weeks. Never called to let me know when they were coming or that they would not be able to do the work within the time I request. Customer service does not equate to high-pressure sales tactics.
