Many items seem to be below sellable quality. It’s hard to trust the product enough to put in a bid. Many people were returning items. I also live in the east valley so it’s a long drive to go out to pick up products. But that’s not a reason I don’t like the auctions ive seen just a suggestion to have a warehouse on the east side as well
Product was completely different than described item details and significantly damaged. Waste of money and time.
Hidden jem. I want to keep it that way, The more people that know about Nellis the higher the prices go and the less I buy. Many are reselling the items way above their purchase price so now I buy everything that's low and resell low so friends and family can have things they need but they go through me.
I bought a mattress that was described as "new" with "insignificant damage," with packaging that was "acceptable." The actual damage to the item was VERY significant, with no packaging at all. The mattress looked like it was run over and maybe even run through a puddle of dirty water. It was disgusting. I don't live anywhere near your warehouse location, so it was disappointing to go pick up an item that was nothing like it was described.
My husband got behind on picking up items but for some reason, three or four orders were never picked up! Lost lots of money. Plus, the last home auction he bid on, there was a box he never received even though we were told we could pick up several orders that he was not given the day of pick up at Dean Martin location. That auction pickup was not done the way the pickups are normally done on location and so we had to have someone pick up items for us at Dean Martin plus you lost a box. PLUS!!!!!!!! I prepaid on 2 occasions and on both times i came to get my stuff you sold it to someone else and i ended up getting lower quality product of the same. Not cool

Terrible. All the stuff was crap. Bar stools with no legs. Everything was misisng parts or broken..cracked plastic in bluetooh light no screws..we got screwed..we paid over $500 for a bunch of crap then had to drive way over there to stand in a long lime to pick it up. Terrible. Disappointed and will never use it again. Makes me wonder how the csrs are if the merchandise was this bad. Glad we didnt spend more. Many other alternatives are better such as Clark County.
Your gals at the front desk are very unfriendly. Your warehouse guys works very hard and they are nice and friendly.
Your people do not check out stuff before posting.I buy stuff and have to return it because it was not as described. Total waste of My time, and money. You need to train your people a little bit more.
