I don't reccomend buying from Nellis, they sell allot of return items that stores cant resell and they misdescribe thier products. They also try to skirt around giving refunds when people are buying sight unseen online and are insulting and rude about the process.
Every so often we have gotten an item that is in the condition that it says but more often we get items that are no where near the condition they are advertised to be in. The last auction I bid on I won 8 items. Out of those 8 items, I only went home with 2 because the rest were broken... what a waste of time and bidding. I have purchased sever ping pong tables and they did not come with wheels or nets as described. Multiple times I’ve purchased items that say new and they are clearly broken when I get home and open the box. I do not have z truck so I was not able to return them. Also a few times when I ordered a truck full of stuff I was missing 2 $25.00 items now when I purchase they treat me like I’m criminal. Everything you buy, even if the description says “new” or “brand new” is messed up. Think I’ve only got 1 thing that actually fit the new description out of 40 or so items I’ve bought this year.. A damn fan, it is nice tho.. back in 15, 16 when the company was small still I used to buy thousands of items taking days to pickup with 2 trucks and trailers and the ratio of broken shit was way less than it is today.. but they have great customer service now and that’s a plus.. was 4 stars until kept gettin garbage for good money... read more

This is because the load-out policy was changed and we have to stand in line like in the Communist countries to pick up the items. It wasn’t much better before but it was still ok since we went and put our name on a piece of paper and waited on a chair for our turn to come. Probably a better way would be to online schedule your pick up hourly interval and have your item ready at the time the customer arrives.

Poor description on items, pictures are taken placing the item on top of boxes or next to other items, it creates wrong idea of what you are purchasing. Also handling and storage generate more damage to some articles whtout packing.

It’s pretty obvious you have fake bidders to jack up prices. I get you need to make a profit but these items are supposed to be deals. No reason they should be coming close to retail value
When I buy something always problem and l try to return they are asking so much question l don't no why. Return is my right why you still asking questions
