Purchased bunk bed said missing hardware. Purchased twin mattress to go with it. Drove over an hour to pick up purchases. Arrives and this was box 1 of 2 which was not in the listing. Took the mattress as I could still use it. Got it home but it was a queen topper not a twin mattress. In total 3 hour drive and 35 min at pickup location for items both listed incorrectly.
I purchased a heat pump for my spa and pool you said minor damage but when i connected it up i found the heat exchanger coil was split and to replace it is $1500.00 and i don't call that minor . I texted you for a refund i got a response our team of experts are looking in to it and that was three weeks ago .
I received the wrong item in the box (wrong style and color) and I reached out to Nellis auction twice now, with no response.
3 out of the 5 items that I bid and won were misplaced and or not properly described correctly! It is challenging since it is my husband who has to go back and forth to return items or go down there and wait for an item that isn't there! Also, I really recommend that someone needs to answer phones at the Glendale store. It is extremely frustrating when no one returns your calls!!!
Was not regularly updated on bids made. Was outbid three different times. Only updated once.
Still haven’t been able to pick up goods. Left messages that are not returned.
I bought 2 items from your suctions. In both cases the descriptions as to issues with items were inaccurate. I feel you should be doing a much better job describing the items, what is there and what is not as well as any potential damage or problems. Your descriptions are vague and in accurate. I understand that from the point of you of someone who resells there are some great deals to be found. For me who is 18 and a consumer it’s simply too much of an unnecessary risk .
Alway missing boxes. Never posted correct amount of boxes nor look at the items for damage.
I bought an item, and Chris went to get it in Arizona and you guys didn’t give to him, and charged me restocking fee .... !!!! Terrible job.... wouldn’t buy or recommend you guys ...
