Your website is great your warehouse people are fast but my last 2 items that I bought were both damaged and were not listed as such. I understand the amount of volume you receive and the amount of hours put into preparing the items for auction but your customers also spend a great deal of time reviewing your site, bidding and driving to the location for pickup, standing inline so it is not easy to accept your item drive home, unload, unpack, repack , drive again and learn you are back waiting inline to do a return. ... read more
Im stuck with items that alwwre listed new and complete when actually there had missing parts, damaged items, wrong description and colors. 1 out 8 items was described correctly.
The descriptions are very misleading. I made a bid on what I thought was a whole bed and frame. The picture included also had the bed (mattress and frame), but it turned out it was just the frame. I wasted $25 for nothing.
The Item was taken to my car and I made the mistake of not looking at it before leaving. It was NOT the item described or depicted in the photo shown. I’ ll Never make that mistake again. Hope that’s not their usual way of doing business!
The description of the item was vague. I sent an email regarding my experience, with a request, and have not heard back yet.
The manager at the Glendale, Az location is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. Had an issue where an item was charged to my card 3 different times so i went to the location during business hours. When given the info he said he'd take care of it and asked that i wait a moment and never came back. Called the next day and when i gave my.name and info he put me onnhold and then hung up. I won 5 auctions. 4 of them were for shelves. 1 of them was for the brackets to hold the shelves up. When I went to pick up my 5 lots, they told me they cant find the lot of shelf brackets. so now I am stuck with lots of shelves with no brackets because of poor management and inventory control. To top off my experience, one month later, I still do not have a refund.
I purchased a monitor and it said it was minor damage. When I got it home it was unusable. They refused to return because of 1 day be on return time.
Purchased bunk bed said missing hardware. Purchased twin mattress to go with it. Drove over an hour to pick up purchases. Arrives and this was box 1 of 2 which was not in the listing. Took the mattress as I could still use it. Got it home but it was a queen topper not a twin mattress. In total 3 hour drive and 35 min at pickup location for items both listed incorrectly.
