half of the things listed as NEW and assembly was required, had hardware missing, missing hardware was not listed,,,also bought $200 buffet that was listed as NEW which had a door cracked straight down the middle. By the time we were able to see the crack it was already unloaded in my living room and out of the box.... I liked the piece a lot but would have definitely not paid as much as I did had I known about the scratch, drilled hole on the top corner and scratch on the side as well as the door repair needed.

Don’t like the fake bids so they can relist later to get better price.

Both times i won, items listed as brand new, picked up items took home open found bed frame and componets broken and bent and missing fire pit componentes family and i so very saden and discouraged pain in the butt making multiple drives to facility for bad merchandise.

I have emailed multiple times and called and left a message, but I have never heard back. Also, I keep receiving emails saying I never picked up an item and that I'm about to be charged a re-listing fee, but I did pick it up.

The pool we bought was a great price, however it said it was complete and it was not. It was missing everything but the frame and pool itself. We had to purchase everything else it was supposed to included additional.

Both items I bought at different times were damaged. Both had boxes that were damaged and opened. Do y’all not look at the table tops is the box is damaged and open?
