They say an item is new hasn't been used one actually it is and I'll have missing pieces or something will be wrong with it it gets to be a hassle to the return it
The first item I bid on was misrepresented - not the same item as was advertised. The second item I bid on was locked closed with no key, and that was not mentioned in the ad either. Both were returned. I had high hopes, but was disappointed to learn this auction seems to be a bait-and-switch operation.
My first experience with Nellis Auction was less than favorable. I bid and won a white mini crib that was described as ‘new’ with insignificant damage. I picked it up with no difficulty but when I returned home to open it and put it together I discovered that it was ‘black’ and not white. The board (that I assume was part of the back or floor of the crib) was warped and appeared as if it had major water damage. It also smelled musty. I won a bid and replied asking a question and I have not received answer. I cannot pick up my merchandise due to an accident....
Everything I purchased was crap. I paid a fortune for a 12”matress that turned out to just be a open inside a sealed box. Did not open it until 3 weeks later when I was ready to put it on my bed. Sent an email and of course it is well past the 7 day policy but the fact it was sooo badly represented I should have been responded to. I was not. So now I am stuck with a topper I do not need or want.
Everything I have purchased has been broken. Even though items are cheap, not worth my time picking up.

Most of the items are missing things or damaged, not worth the bid price + 15% plus tax and the drive there. It was definitely an experience.

I made a purchase last friday at the auction on Main St. I paid cash but the lady who was training and did not know whay she was doing, charged my debit card causing an overdraft. That was why I paid in cash. I have spoken to two different at Nellis Auction who appologised and said they would look into it immediatly and call me back after speaking with the manager who was on site.
