I would give you all the stars but for one reason. One person caused the lack of satisfaction, one person who deals with your customers. Female working front desk. I drive all the way from Payson-Heber to get there to pick up one item. I walk in the door at 5:58 pm and this person gives me crap about being there to close to closing time. Items that I purchased were not like they were described in the auction. I relied on your representation because when you buy something sight unseen you need to be able to trust that it is as shown. I had to rent a van to come get them and it has really caused me trouble. This was my first time buying from Nellis auctions
Your people never return phone calls. I get emails about things I have already picked up. Staff doesn't really check to see that items are 100%, so you end returning for missing parts. The good staff was the guy who brought the items to my car and the girl at the desk who takes/refunds money.
drove 45 minutes to pick up junk... cantilever umbrella was broken all over and there are no replacement parts on line...
Of the four items I bought, three were misdescribed , damaged or missing parts. All were listed as new. All three will have to be returned.
The Phone app is suck,
Products needed to be tested before being sold. A simple turning on a product to see if it works would save me a 40 min drive
New item missing parts.
They say its new but parts are missing.. They say tire is new but it has a Cut in the sidewall, now its junk.
