This service department is slower than any service department I’ve ever been to. From checking in all the way through checking out. Slow! Slow! Slow!
I waited 2 hours for an oil and filter change with an 8:30 appointment
I went to Nissan Athens on 1-31-23 for a recall notice and had made an appointment for front brake pads only by phone. When I was arrived in person I told them again what I wanted and when they returned the car they had done a complete brake job. I feel I have been in taken advantage of because I am a woman. I am 82 years old and I have had to place my spouse in Memory Care and I am having to pay over 4000.00 a month because we don't have insurance out of pocket. I am s very dissatisfied customer. The wait time is very long, even with an appointment they are over booked including possibly walk-in. Also it took me a while to be even be seen, but of course on the day I arrived the computer systems was down. which I’m not complaining about that but it’s my second time getting service and I had to get a mechanic to get the employees to see me and get my information. But serge did an awesome job getting the job done and getting me home.
I recently purchased a vehicle here, that went well at the start, But a few months later that drastically changed. When I purchased the car I was told I had the best warranties on car. Soon after 4 months the gear shifter went out. I went out to see could I get it fixed since under warranty. I was told they could not fix it. That gave me the impression that the car is junk. I was not please with Jonathan at all. He was argumentative instead of solving my concerns
I called the day before and made an appointment for 8:30 because I live 45 minutes away and I asked if it would take more than an hour because I had a doctors appointment later that AM. I was told no. I arrived at 8:30 and a service advisor (2nd desk)started getting info and said it would be about two hours. I explained about my other appointment, he asked the SA next to him (1st SA desk) and he confirmed the two hours. Oil change with an appointment took 2 1/2 hours. Ridiculous. Why make an appointment?
I was asking specific if I wanted my tires rotated and I said no, another hour and a half later a man comes in there from service and asks me, ma’am we cannot change your tires you’ve got special wheels I said, I absolutely said not to do it from the get-go what’s wrong with the people of not listening and putting it in correctly
