Bought this car with bad transmission, bad catalytic converters, bad radiator, bad coil. Now a growling noice Whalen engine starts after radiator replaced. So disappointing
Sold me a car (disabled) with a bad transmission, bad catalytic converter, bad coil. Came back 2 weeks later with a bad radiator and another bad converter. Would never trust them again
Just got car there less than a month ago. There were not any issues. Took it to get the oil change and they did something which caused an oil leak. This was not an issue before they serviced it and they will not fix the issue that they caused. The will not take accountability for something they did to a car that was just purchased there last month. Bad business and service! Will consult lawyer and better business.
Two service reps, not knowing I talked to both, had differing opinions but they wanted to charge me $150 for something that happened due to the work they did. They also told me I needed brakes right away on the rear and got home and checked before I paid $450 for a brake job on all four corners, and my rear brakes are fine for another 5k miles at least. Oil filter not tightened snugly on routine oil change. Had to return following week to tighten due to oil leaking.
Over priced and didn’t fix my car the correct way. Came to the Athens location to get everything examined and properly worked on I left the car service area with a bigger problem. This location only receives one star from me and that is just because I needed to leave a star to write a statement.
The survey sucks I do not have time to do this. Do not ask me to do a survey, If I have to do this.
I felt like the attendant gave me answers to my questions on oil life was more interested in getting the car back in for service. He recommended a 5000 mile service when Nissan recommended 7,500. I asked why and he said the oil filter would turn to mulch. I ask about synthetic oil lasting a year as some advertise. He said that is okay if you only drive 3 to 4,000 miles per year. Would not recommend buying a used vehicle here. Purchased a 2013 chevy traverse and it messed up as soon as we were off the lot. Got the run a round about fixing and had to bring it to a chevy dealership. Vehicle ended up needing $11,000 worth of work. Vehicle should not have been sold as it was very unsafe to drive. They did not inspect it good before letting us purchase. Sales people and managers act like they have no idea what was going on or how to help us resolve the issue.
