It wasn’t the guy that helped me. It was Richard that I have a problem with. He threatened to call DFCS on me due time having bad tires on my car. How dare he! That made me feel terrible a person because it’s already hard for me I done need to be belittled by someone and threatening me!
We have had good experiences their in the past. This last time our service advisor handled our service very poorly. He would rarely return phone calls. Our car was in the shop for a week for a break job. Seems a bit excessive. The service advisor would not have all the information for us when he called us, I believe this extended the process and was frustrating for us. I brought my Nissan in (while it was under warranty) for a noise it was making at 40,000 and the noise is still there they said it’s probably a CV Axel but it’s no longer under warranty and over $1,000 to fix…. 2 weeks ago took my truck in for an oil change and tyre rotation.when i got the truck back the drivers side seat was covered in oil and grease as was the steering wheel and inside panel of front door.the problem was resolved after I filled out an online survey and was asked to bring the truck back to the dealership but I had done most of the work at home.I also asked for a dust cap for one of the tire valves.no dust cap replacement.took my truck back this week to get a wheel balance,again asked for a tire valve dust cap.no t... read more
Worst dealership you could ever visit! They lied about our vehicle being serviced and then after we bought it and realized it had no service AND damage, they refused to help, blocked our calls, and were extremely rude to my wife. Please at least have the vehicle checked before you buy here or you’ll for sure regret it!
I came in for an oil change and to check my tires which were losing air and I was there for 3 1/2 hours. I had my grandson with me and there wasn’t enough seats in the service area waiting room so he sat on the floor and the floor was filthy
I made an appointment, but when I arrived I was put in a queue with anyone else who showed up. I waited 2.5 hours for a lube oil and filter, WITH an appointment. I have driven Nissans for over 20 years. At previous Nissan dealerships I utilized if told it would take over an hour, I would reschedule. I understand things happen and emergencies arise, but that’s why I make appointments. I would pay more for express service, but was not offered that option.
Worst experience I have ever had was told to come back to the dealership by the financial person and he would make me a second key been back twice and still no key
