Service was very slow. i was to pick my car up at twelve I waited until almost two thirty before I got my car.
Taken my car twice to fix the same problem and it has yet to be repaired
They said they would order a few replacement parts for the used car I bought and never did. I tried calling multiple times and got the run around. When I finally got a hold of Kyle he told me he would call right back. That was 3 weeks ago. Wouldn’t recommend.
They don’t know how to fix panel trouble lights after a battery goes dead and computer goes bonkers. Have to take it to another shop to clear them out! It’s the fifth time I’ve had to have someone else finish the job. Nissan tells me I need all that work done! And it only happens when battery disconnected or if it goes dead . Nothing was done to my car after more than 3 hours And I was made to think it was I’m very disappointed and was just about to start looking to buy a new vehicle I still have to come back after taking half a day off at work already
I purchased a vehicle from the dealership. It was on the showroom floor and I was told how good it was, showed the carfax and told everything was good. One week after purchase I took the vehicle to Jaguar dealership and had a critical issue identified that cost $3500 to repair. The manager told me when I called he was sorry and that the vehicle never went thru their service department so no pre-sale inspection or service. They messed up the alignment bad on my aramda. The back tires were sticking out abnormally so I took it back in. They said it couldn't be their alignment work. They said they would take a look anyways and turns out I was right! They messed up, and thankfully did not charge me for a realignment. But my tires are worn unevenly and they basically said it's not their problem. I will not be back for service here and will absolutely not buy here.
Greedy people taking as much money as they can from customers. But they are dealers and that is what they do.
Please tell all of your friends and family DO NOT buy a car from Nissan of Athens. They do not care about you as a customer. They do not care if a car is of terrible quality or if they have to hide problems with the car. They will lie. They do not care if they put you, your finances or your family at risk. They want to make money, no matter who they hurt. Please find a dealership with good morals and quality vehicles. You can not trust Nissan of Athens. I hope I can prevent someone else from dealing with this.
