Nate assured me that he could help me after a $150 diagnosis, which is a standard price. After the diagnosis, he quoted me $669.20 to replace a fan control module. Very rude service tech when I was explaining a concern with my Nissan Rogue and this is 2nd time taking my car there for service which both times took 2 1/2 hours.
Had to take my car back three times about a sound I kept hearing. They insisted nothing was wrong. Third time I took it back they discovered that they installed my brakes wrong!!!
Slow service, waited over 3 hours for an oil change. I wasn’t pleased at all.
Always over charging and selling things we don’t need, never gets things fixed after multiple conversations
I called up Nissan of Athens service department because my son just moved down to that area and we needed a car to be serviced it was running rough. Spoke with Jonathan the service manager about our problem he said bring it in we'll get it estimated let you know what we find out. As requested, was not given approximate price before job will be performed, and was given and was not. I am on SS ad not working. He said he will, but signed te receipt so told NATAN SARTAIN as soon as got to his desk I needed the car before 11 because I had a doctor appointment. Will show doctor’ paper work if requested. They are nice and friendly and have been decent in the past. However I was having issues with my tailgate not locking on my 2022 Frontier. I in fact talked to them today. They charged me a diagnostic and opened it and said the Bedliner that an official Line-X store used was making the tailgate unlock intermittently. After taking it to the Line-X store this morning he opened it and showed me that the lock cylinder was fine and that the spray didn't cause it. I was not happy with my service at all! I went in for an oil change and to have The air in my tires checked, At which time I was told that they would rotate my tires since I had bought them from a Nissan dealership. I was thinking great I’m going on a road trip and that would be perfect but I was wrong. After over a two hour wait I get my car back, on my drive home my tire pressure light comes on and one of my tires was reading 40 psi while the other three were reading 28 psi.
