"Excellent experience! " I brought my 2019 Nissan Versa in for routine maintenance and repair on an item from a recent recall notice. "Service" Went to the dealership for a scheduled maintenance. Was greeted by Frances who was very professional and polite. Asked me if I had seen the new models of the car I was driving. Offered to drive me to the other lot to see the 2019 Maxima SR as I had a 2014 Maxima SV getting serviced. Loved the car and ended up driving it home. I told Frances she was awesome because I literally only went to the dealership for maintenance and I left in a new ride.
