"Personal, punctual, and high quality service" This place knows customer service. Ace is just a great guy. He always takes care of me, makes sure my car gets done on time, gives me trustworthy recommendations, and hooks me up with a good price. The service I've had done here has always been top notch work.

"Easy, Honest, no hassle " I’ve been having my Nissan(s) serviced at Nissan DTLA for over 7 years. My main reason for going back in the service department! It’s very tough to find good mechanics in Los Angeles! Most people will overcharge you or recommend services that are not needed. I hate getting my car serviced and feel like I have to look over someone’s shoulder to make sure it’s dobe adequately and most importantly correctly. "If you have a "Nissan..." If you have a particular brand of car then it is always good to have that dealer service it and give you a service record for it for when you go to sell it down the road. But the service cost has to be reasonable, which lately they have become. Having said that, it's in other areas that I feel price gouging still exists, such as getting a spare key made. I still find it a little stiff in other areas such as getting an extra key made, which BTW cost me $350. My VW key was half that, so you have to a... read more
"good customer service " had no problem getting my car fixed, Frank kept giving me updates about my car and explained to me what was wrong with my car.
