"Excellent job." The five star rating was for the job done. My concern was the length of time it was done. I checked in at 6:30 am and was able to leave at around 11:30. I believe it can be improved.

"Great service, nice people, but far too long to wait " I bought my Murano from Downtown Nissan and there is no Nissan dealership on the westside for maintenance. I drive 15 miles through downtown traffic to bring my car to Downtown Nissan for all service requirements. The service is always done right and there is no pressure to do add-ons which I appreciate. Ace is normally my go-to service agent and he's top notch. Nice fellow and very knowledgeable and responsive. The one downside is the wait time. For routine oil changes... read more

"Friendly responsive customer service" I really liked working with Ace. It was a busy Saturday morning, my car took about 45 min longer than the original estimate--but well within what I would consider acceptable--and I would rather wait a half hour longer than have the technicians rush the job.
