"Best staff ever met" The service advisor, whose name is Ace I believe. He is so professional and friendly that he always give me help that more than I could ever ask. He should has a promotion or at least a raise. Downtown Nissan should try to keep him as long as possible and I will keep coming back

"Ralph of Nissan of Downtown was Amazing !!!!!" Ralph made it very easy and simple process to choose the perfect vehicle for me. He was very friendly and knew the perfect car for me. He called me after the sale to make sure everything was fine. Great customer service !

"Simple and quick. " With the exception of the music being so loud in the lobby that you had to go outside to make a phone call, everything was good. I will be contacting Desiree to follow up on getting a fob for the vehicle - I only received one key (no fob) at time of purchase.

"Great customer service " Service representative was really friendly, explained everything in detail. Great customer service.. He advised it would take approximate 1 hour and my oil change was done in less than 1 hour!!! Highly commend Downtown LA Nissan for service!!
