"Excellent experience and humble " I had a bad experience with dealerships before and I got disappointed I was helped by Carlos Alvarez at Nissan and it was a smith process he helped me out a lot and I got the car I needed. I loved how nice he was and he always made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Even after purchase he called to check up on me and see how I’m liking the car excellent experience thank you.

"Beat service every time!" I had another amazing experience at your dealership. I was helped by Ace. I was also talking with another gentleman in the waiting room who had been going to this dealership for 16 years. He also said that Ace is the best service supervisor that he has ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He talks to you like a real person and really cares. I feel like I’m in good hands when I’m dealing with Ace.

"Versa" The sales person was great! Attentive and willing to negotiate. The reason why I give 3 out of 5 stars is because I was told one price in the waiting area and once we went inside the finance office the price was raised.

"Regular Services on my SUV" Whenever I come to nissan of downtown it's great to see "Ace" he always welcome me with the big smile I feel confident because he has a lot of knowledge and he will let me know straight up if there is any problem with my car .so i do really appreciate that. thank you for having him in the Service Department.
