"My Experience was great" The reason why I choose the rate I gave is because they are friendly they really help you and go by the budget that u can afford and they don’t pressure you

"Needed Service" I went in because my engine light came on. It was time for my regular service but I was not going to do that at that time. I was hoping it would be a simple fix with the light but it wasn't. I needed to get the regular service too. The service tech Caesar was really nice and professional and explained everything to me and said he'd stay within my budget which he did. My car rides better now.

"Thank you Ace!" From start to finish; great experience! Thank you Ace! I went in with a check engine light on and left a satisfied customer. Glendale Nissan recently closed, and that is where I bought my car and always had service done. Now that I have discovered Nissan Downtown, I wish I had gone here years ago. Thanks for everyone who helped me, from the first phone call, to the guy who gave me my keys back when my car was ready. Great communication, great value, and incredible service. Thank you!

"Great service " I always dread having to deal with service departments at dealerships...at least until now. These guys went above and beyond to help me out, finding the problem after another place missed it twice. Everything was prompt and as they described. Ace in service was on top of everything.

"One of those strange, difficult to track down noises..." that never seems to be around when one brings the car in. However, the service writer and mechanic took the time, and solved the issue. Thank you!
